Hi Tracey,

Awesome point here.

When growing you attract low energy stuff from people who are afraid to grow. Each day you might meet a new form of resistance in the form of an online stranger or even more tough to handle, a loved one.

I let the doubts add fuel to my fire. You can do a few things:you can quit, you can get angry and do nothing about it, you can get angry and channel the energies into something productive, or you can ignore it 100% and realize that the negative energy is all about the other person and nothing about you.

On my high energy days, I do a good job ignoring. On my low energy days, I take the annoyed energy in me and channels it into something productive. Whatever you do, make sure it leads to a high energy, constructive outcome which more benefit from. Since we are all human, it will get to you at one time or another. Even the big dawgs in the industry get agitated here and there, and that is OK because of our human-ness.

As new members join your team prepare them for resistance. It will come, as these folks grow and expand their presence. With a healthy viewpoint a person new to network marketing can do some wonderful things. With no training on how to handle resistance, you will have team members dropping left and right. Keep this in mind as you bring new folks on and teach 'em the ropes.
